What Do Our Students and Instructors Say?
“Awesome certificate! I thoroughly enjoyed the classes; they were insightful and easy to follow. I also appreciated the instructors’ knowledge and experience and their willingness to share.”
– Spring ’23 graduate
Diversity and inclusion (D&I) practitioners — the most effective ones — are able to identify and articulate to organizational leaders how D&I aligns with their success as an organization. The ‘feel good/right thing to do’ way of thinking has its place, but in my view, it has a limited shelf life. I like to help D&I professionals learn how to make the distinction so that their leaders see D&I’s true value, versus simply being able to check a box!
